Row name not showing

I have created a Matrix visual where I am getting an unexpected error regarding the name of one of the row as when I hover on that row the name present there is showing but in the visual it is showing blank and when I published it onto the service then also name is not showing. But when exported the date as csv the name for that row is showing. Also when I go to the filter pane there is no blank is present.

Hi @Krishana_123 check your data. Tt could be that some values in fact table columns as are not present in your another table / dimension table. Someting is not assigned to department?

The hirarchy is from the same table.

Have you tried to change it to table visual and see what happens?
