Row level security with Power BI Shared Dataset
I have issue in applying row level security in Power BI report while using a shared datset from a workspace. I am able to connect to an existing PBI dataset and able to create report but I am not able to apply row level security. The menu item is disabled.
Is there any out of the box way to achieve this?
Note - row level security works fine with report level dataset.
RayGn2000 RLS security gets configured when you design the dataset, if it is already there then it will be implemented to all the reports built on that datasets. In nutshell, you need to configure RLS in the original Power BI dataset.

I would ❤ Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos to whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!
