Row level security by individual page.

I have a power BI report with three pages. I need that:

Page 1- users can have access to their country.

Page 2 and 3- users must have access to only their data.

When I try to assign the roles, I realize that the security levels are applied to the whole document, and I can't apply it as needed, by individual page.

Important to notice that I have a table with all the information of the employees.

  • I realize that the security levels are applied to the whole document

No, Row Level Security is applied to the Semantic Model.  Not to the document, and not to individual document pages.  It is applied to the Semantic Model.

If you need to show different pages to different audiences then use separate reports.

    Hi Lizss23 ,

In Power BI, Row-Level Security (RLS) is a security mechanism designed to control access to specific rows of data.

Please take a look at this video.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ye4WIJDfdpY

It explains why RLS cannot "protect" the page level.

    Hope it helps.
