Row level security and roles

Hello,

I'm trying a simple Row-level Security (a filter on a field).

With Viewers, the filter works but anyone with additional rights (Contributor, Members ...) sees all data ?!

Is that is to say, Row Level Security does only apply on Viewers ?

@Bebs 100% correct, RLS does not apply to Contributors, Members and Owners, only Viewers or people whom the report is shared with who do not have any role within the Workspace.

Any idea of the rationale behind this decision? And what would the alternative be if you need to apply RLS for non viewers? Thanks
