Row level security - Parent and Child level from same table.

I need to create Row Level security based on 2 criteria.

1. Account NBR

2. Business Code.

These two fields are available in the same table in the same field based on the code type. If code type = Account then Code value has Account NUmber and if code type is Business then Code value has Business Code. And this is the table I need to use for implementing security.

Code type Code value username

ACCTNBR 123 a

Business XYZ b

The relation between account number and Business

Acct nbr business code

123 xyz

123 abc

Now I have two scenarios

1. Some users who can see the whole account from the above example the user "a" can see everything related to 123. ie "xyz" and "abc"

2. Some users who can see only see particular business codes that they work on. ex: user b can only see "xyz"
