I need help with below mentioned format of Report.My dataset contains all Year,Month,region ,C1,C2,C3 values in separate coumns. I want to show all the fileds value in the below table format. It would be very thankful if you suggest any ideas.
As you said all those fields on in different columns. However, based on your description, it looks like you want to build a hieararchy that Year, Month and Region on same level. If so, you will need a parent group column which populates "Year","Month" and "Region", and another column with all detail members populated. It doesn't make sense to design a report like that.
In your scenario, I think you may build a Year-Month into a hierarchy and just leave Region field alone because the each region should have fact data in multiple years.
Please share your sample data so that we can understand your scenario properly.

We can't show exactly what u want in the picture table structure .
anyhow try with Matrix , even that to hierarchy method?
If all the columns belongs to single table ?
if yes create hierarchy for these three columns and try any visuals like bar etc.

How to create hierarchy .
right click on the column and u can see the option add Hierarchy .
