Rollover to next month

Hi All, 

I'm looking for a way to graphically represent hours of work vs capacity but I would like to have excess hours roll over to the next month.  The hours are made up of hundreds of daily task on different days of the month.  I tried to create a simple measure subtracting the hours minus capacity and it gives me what I need but how do I tell it to add on to the next month's hours?

Example below...

Current - Orange bars are hours,  blue line is capacity

Expected - Hours over capacity should continually roll to the next month until there is no excess.
