Rolling up previous Months Data to current month

I need to project the on hand amount until the end of the current year.
I have the [Inventory Value] as of the LASTNONBLANK(fDates [Date], so essentually today's date.

I have Purchase Orders of incoming material to add to my [Inventory Value] for the current month, and into future months.  Unfortunately I also have some Purchase Order amounts that are lingering in the prevous month that I need rolled into the total of the Current month.

Can I please get some assistance with rolling up the Past Due Purchase orders?  In this case I am using a Matrix visual with the Product down the left side and the Months across the top.

Thank you.
