Rolling date filter based on weekdays/week

Hi,

I got a dataset with the columns "DateTime" and "WeekDay" along with "price" and "production".

What I need is to display/plot the price and production data for yesterday, and the same weekday for the two previous weeks. Today, Mon 7th of May, I would only want the data for Sunday May 6, Sunday April 29th, and Sunday April 22nd, and they displaying it on a scatter chart.
