Please try this measure:

CALCULATE (
    SUM ( Table[Amount(pieces)] ),
    FILTER (
        ALL ( Table ),
        Table[Date].[Year] = YEAR ( MAX ( Table[Date] ) )
            && Table[Date].[MonthNo] <= MONTH ( MAX ( Table[Date] ) )
            && Table[Date].[MonthNo]

)
    / 3
