Rolling Forecasting Fiscal Year Measures

I am new to Power BI but have been converting a large reporting workbook to Power BI. I am trying to recreate some old reports that track 4casting progress within a defined Financial Year. The user input is a forward looking 12-month forecast for a each Reporting Month. I want to plot the reporting month on the x-axis with a stacked bar chart of cumulative production for the fiscal year (done - using DATESYTD) with the remaining forecast for the year reported in that month. I can't figure out a way to filter out the forecast going beyond the fiscal year. See portion of table, I was to sum by first column but filter out data rolling past June each year.
