this is my measure:

Testing Rolling 12 ALL =
CALCULATE (
      [Total Spend $],
      DATESBETWEEN('Calendar - Invoice Date'[Calendar Date],          
        EDATE( MIN ( 'Calendar - Invoice Date'[Calendar Date]), -11 ) ,
        MAX ( 'Calendar - Invoice Date'[Calendar Date] )              
      )
)
