Rolling 12 month staff turnover

Hi I have the table above, where the leavers and total are 2 status types in my column section. Trying to create DAX formula for  staff turover by sum(12 months leavers)/average(12 months total). I know I have to filter by leaver type and total type to get this to work but can't seem to. Yellow column is example of result I want to see. Help appreciated as always.

Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.

This is what my data table looks like. I have Type in my columns section of my matrix and HC as my values as per below pic. I want to calculate staff turnover % by sum(12 months [type] leavers)/average (12 months [type] total). Apologies if my query was not clear.

Thank you for helping to clarify your request.   However, the screenshot of your data table is of poor quality and not legible.   Would you please add a work-in-progress Power BI Desktop file instead of images?  Also, please add source data in Excel format.
