Roll up Table from Tabular form to Pivot using DAX or Matrix

Hi Power Geeks,

I need a Pivot table based on the above Tabular form to roll up on Levels for each PRICECALCID

Basically LEVEL 0 is the sum of Level 1 and Packaging cost per unit is the sum of cost prices od Descriptions BOM,Process,Surcharge.

And

Please help in generating a  pivot table report and linking 1st table to this new pivot table
