Role creation issue
I have created two types of roles, one for product category from product master and region from customer master. But in service both roles are not working together for same user. Please help.

Based on their description, I think both roles can't really work together for the same user in the Power BI service. It appears as one of the limitations of Power BI RLS:
If you want to achieve organizational hierarchy roles in Power BI RLS, you can test row-level dynamic security, which you can achieve using table and DAX relationships. You can follow this document:
