Role creation issue
I have created two types of roles, one for product category from product master and region from customer master. But in service both roles are not working together for same user.
Please help.

I'm not totally sure if I understand the problem.
But you can assign multiple roles to a user in Power BI Service.

first make a test report and put those filter you added to both report on a filter visual and check if they work as you spected the data would be filtered, check the tables relantionships between filters, dac - dimensional tables,
if assinging 2 roles with diff filters isnt working normally its a data filtering that giving you a unexted result or a relantionship missing or bad setted.

If you want to achieve the roles with organizational hierarchy in the Power BI RLS, you can try the Dynamic Row Level Security, which can achieve this using table relationships and DAX. You can follow this document:
