Right Y-Axis
I have a bar chart with my y-axis on the right. No matter what the top value is, the y-axis label is always covered and you can't see the data label. This started happening with the October update...

I could reproduce this problem in my environment.
As a workaround, you can set the "End" value on X-axis to a larger number. And increase the length of chart to a proper value.

Thank you v-yulgu-msft, but this does not help. The slicers I use on the data cause the range to fluctuate, so I have to set the "end" value to "Auto"
