Hi. Is there currently a way to reverse y axis in a line chart? both x and y-axis values are decimal numbers.

Currently there is no way to achieve this but you can follow the following links for a woraround:

For line, bar, column, area, and combo charts, you can invert the y-axis, putting positive values going down and negative values going up.
Select the visual. In the Format pane, expand the Y axis section. Slide Invert axis to On.

Power BI doesn't support it currently, you could vote for this idea to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
