Im having serious issues trying to come up with a formula maybe someone can help me.
.02x(current maintenance cost)<=Vehicle value This is the formula I want to use with the associated colunms . And the value I want is X which will be 1- whatever untill maintenance cost is almost over vehicle value. I know then I will add x+current year. And thats when the vehicle will expire based on its maintenance cost. Any ideas???

Hi @Anonymous ,
You can create a calculated column like this.
Peplacement =
VAR a = [Current Mait Price] * 0.2 + [Current Mait Price]
VAR Min_x = DIVIDE( [Vehicle Value], a, BLANK() )
RETURN
Min_x + [Current Year]

@Anonymous , Can you share sample data and sample output in table format?
The formula for the forumla table is actually =(x)*(Current Mait Price*0.2+Current Mait Price)>= Vehicle Value
And I want X returned from this formula to do x+current year to get the year that the vehicle should be replaced. And the goal is to this in Power Bi not Excel.
