Return the current step in remarks

Hi Everyone,

 

i am new to the Power BI, as I making the report for some analysis 

i have the data of Work orders and i want to return the remarks columns as "Current step" where WO # is the same and the index value is the max level of numbers. attached is the sample for your ref.
