Return rows if variable is between 2 columns

Hello, 

I cant seem to find related qn yet. very new to PBI... apologies

Can i enter a variable X such that if X falls between SKU velocity Lower and SKU velocity upper, it returns the 3 rows?

i.e. if X = 1 to 6, it returns the 3 rows.

If x >=7, no rows are displayed?
