    Hi CREsearch ,

    Try this:

    SwapRank 2 = 
RANKX (
    FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[Address] = EARLIER ( 'Table'[Address] ) ),
    'Table'[Rank],
    ,
    DESC,
    DENSE
)
