Return an interval starting from single selection

Hello, It might sound like a stupid question but in this very moment I cannot "see" how could I solve it nor find an "enlighting" article, so I have to ask you.    I need to calculate a measure so...

    Hi , Lucian 

    Create a seperated table to replace the field "Order" in the slicer:

     

    slicer_table = DISTINCT(Periods[Order])

     

    Then apply the following measure to filter pane.

     

    Slicer  control = 
var order1=SELECTEDVALUE(Periods[Order])
var order2=SELECTEDVALUE(slicer_table[Order])
return IF(order1<=order2,1,0)

Lucian , Not sure the objective of this , you try with date calendar

 

Month behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Month))

2 Months behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-2,Month))

3 Months behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-3,Month))

 

MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD('Date'[Date]))
last MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,MONTH)))
last MTD (complete) Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(ENDOFMONTH(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,MONTH))))
last year MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-12,MONTH)))
last year MTD (complete) Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(ENDOFMONTH(dateadd('Date'[Date],-12,MONTH))))

 

 

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :
