Return Value Based on Date Criteria

I am trying to build a measure that returns a value based on a data criteria i.e. date <= date   Sample: Entity Version Value Date A A 10 05/2021 A A 10 06/2021 A A 10 07/2...

rstover_atx hmmm, you are not using a fixed date? Not sure I can help with this since it is very hard to understand the basics of your requirement. I hope someone else can help.
