    Hi Adidas ,

     

    Check the formula.

    Measure = IF(NOT(ISFILTERED('Table (2)'[Id])),FALSE(),IF(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Id]) in VALUES('Table (2)'[Id]),TRUE(),FALSE()))

    Result would be shown as below.
