Retrieve the list of orphan apps and flows in Power BI from all my environments

hi Everyone

I would like to build a dashboard in power bi to retrieve the list of orphan power apps and flows in all my PP environments. Do you know how i can retrieve this info from Power BI?

It comes with a Power BI report that has this sort of info plus a bunch of other stuff in it.
