Retain old table data - Refresh should only add data.

Hi there,

I have a PBI table pointing to sharepoint list of which one column is status. First time the data entered the Status = "submitted". Later on the same record status changes to "Processed". Currently my PBI pulls records where status = submitted. However on fresh, the PBI table looses old submitted data. I would like my PBI table to retain earlier submitted records, keep accumulating submitted records even if source gets purged.

Need suggestion on how to retain old data and add only new status = submitted records.
