Resuse table for multiple queries

I have a working query however, when I refresh the query, the results are larger than exel can hold on one sheet (over 1mill rows). So, I am trying to run the query in parts by filtering the results and working with them one at a time.

In Excel, on sheet"fruits", in a table "apples". I already have a query that runs named "find_fruit".

But, now (using a macro), i want to delete the data in the same table (row 3 and below leaves the headers in tact) and run a second query "find_goodfruit" in the same table "apples".

Looking for more of a VBA solution tied that will run a query.
