As of now, it is not possible to make DrillThrough action to filter specific visuals. By default, the filters will affect all related visuals on the second page(Detailed page). Is there any way to restrict the filter for the other visuals?

Actually, Drillthrough is used to create a page in your report that focuses on a specific entity.
If you want to show all data after drill through, you could click this icon highlight in red to clear the filter but it will still exist when you drillthrough to this page next time.
If you really don't want show the specific data in the page, you may could try with Bookmark feature
If you'd like to keep the filter applied to specific visual and keep all other visuals unfiltered, you can just duplicate the table and recreate the other visuals.

The page where you are drilling, you have option to Keep the filter. The filter in that will only be passed
Appreciate your Kudos.
Hello! is it possible to keep specific filters only? when I remove a certain filter and try to drill thru again from the main page, the filter i removed comes back.
