Restricting parameter selection in paginated reports

I've recently started working with paginated reports and learned that I can make something a parameter by checking the little square in the query designer wizard. I am making something where a drop down of dates is the parameter, but I can't seem to find a way to restrict the dates that appear in the parameter. 

For example if my data set had all the days in Jan 2021 and Feb 2021, but I only wanted days from Feb 2021 to appear, how would I go about doing this?

The parameter can be used to filter the date. 

You can create a date pickers to filter data by two selections in the following way:
