Restricted Functions in PowerBI after connecting to Xero

Hi there,

After I connected my PowerBI with Xero database, I found out that there are many functionalities are restricted in the PowerBI which includes:

- cannot add other data 

- cannot create new column

- cannot create new table

- cannot change the format of the data

- cannot see the relationship between tables

Can I know is there anything that I can do to enable those functions?

Currently, you can only connect to Xero in power bi service and then get data from the workspace dataset in power bi desktop. The connection mode of getting data from dataset is live connection so you can't do things above.

To modify the imported table, you should connect to Xero with a desktop connector in import mode. You can try using the third-party connector in thread below.
