Restrict visual filter itself

Hello everyone!

I have couple of visuals in my Power BI report, filters and interaction are working just fine. But there's one issue I cannot figure out, I have a grid which shows list of people with measures, I have this grid filtered using slicer (e.g. by month) BUT when I click on a cell inside the grid, it filters the whole grid back, whilw I only want to click on a cell and highlight it or at least NOT to return all values.

I wonder how to restrict the visual to filter itself
