Restoration data dump

I have a backup file dump MYSQL Administrator dump 1.4 so in which db can I restore this dump.
I cannot do in mysql workbench and not either in SSMS also so lease suggest me some other DB to restore this data dump.

Need Help

    This is the Power BI Desktop forum. Is that issue you are having related to Power BI? From the content of the post, it doesn't seem to be related to Power BI. If it is not a Power BI related issue, we suggest you contact the appropriate team for better assistance.
