Responsiveness not an option in General tab in Service or Desktop

I have read about changing responsiveness to be on to allow visualizations in report tiles in mobile view to expand to take the whole tile space.  However, I cannot find responsiveness as an option in either desktop or service.  I looked for it in the preview features on desktop and it wasn't there.

Hi @Illusion42,

We can turn on responsive for visual both in Power BI desktop and service via going to Format -> General pane of the visual. Based on my research, not all visuals have this option. For more information, see:

In your scenario, please run the latest Power BI desktop version 2.54.4970.961, then you can create a Clustered Column Chart visual in the report, you will find Responsive option here:

do you know why the turn on responsive option isn't in the desktop version? There is a way to activate it again ?
