Resize Group window
Hi TMO_KY,
Thanks for raising this. The issue here is likely caused by a DPI scaling mismatch across your multi monitor setup. Please follow below steps:
- Set all monitors to the same scaling percentage like to 100% temporarily, restart power bi and check the Group dialog again.
- In the power bi properties change High DPI settings like set it to System(Enhanced) and Apply
- Open the power bi on your primary monitor and open the Group dialog there.
If none of this helps, please consider submitting a bug by raising the Microsoft support ticket, as this may be a regression in the June 2025 build.

Hello TMO_KY
Power BI's "Groups" window not resizing issue is likely caused by display scaling or monitor setup conflicts, especially in the June 2025 version. The problem happens when the window opens too small and doesn't allow resizing, even with shortcuts like Alt + Space. This can often be resolved by adjusting your monitor scaling to 100%, switching temporarily to a single monitor, or using keyboard shortcuts to manually move or resize the window. If the issue persists, clearing Power BI's UI cache or reverting to a previous version may help. It appears to be a recent UI glitch affecting pop-up behavior in multi-monitor environments.
Thanks
