Reshape data in Power Query

Hi All,   I have the data in the tabular mode in the left side and want to convert to the data in the right side.   Is is possible to achieve this in Power Query?         Thanks!

Hi,

Why should there be 11 rows of data in the reshaped dataset?  Why not just the first 4 rows?

    Hi Ashish,

     

    The goal is to get all the possible player combinations in one sport package, and I can choose any player in the filter panel to get the unique package qty.
