I have a Power BI Report with three slicers, that apply to most visuals on the page.
I want to include a button at the top of my report that, when clicked, resets all filters to 'blank' (ie with nothing selected).
Is there a way to do this using DAX? I understand PowerBI introduced persistent filters, but it looks like this is only accessible in PowerBI control panel (my report is to be published to the web).
Thanks

Usually people create a Bookmark with everything cleared and then create a button that links to that bookmark.

Thanks Greg! I have added the reset button and it works only when I press Ctrl+ reset button . Is it possible to make it work when someone just presses the reset button?
Thanks,

Hi
Were you able to make the reset button work on the dashboard as well?
My button is working well on the Report but on the Dashboard:
- if I pin just the button separately to the dashboard, it takes me back to the report
- If I pin the full report on the dashboard, then the button doesn't work

Was there ever a response to how to get the Reset to work on the dashboard and not just the report? @Reset Filters
Hi Balashenbak,
you need to press ctrl+ the button only when you open the report in your desktop version.
Once published, it's enough just to click the button.
Here's a tutorial that describes how to create such a button:

Thanks, I have created a bookmark in my bookmarks pane to clear all bookmarks.
Is there any way to add this to my dashboard, so that an end-user (once it has been published to web) can simply select a button that says 'Clear Filters' and it applies the bookmark?
