I am setting up in-page navigation (example @Fowmy thanks for this one) with reports, slicers, shapes, images, buttons..it is a complex one.
I need to use Bookmark for my purpose and whatever Power bi Bookmark related material I studied (including Guy in a cube and power-bi-bookmarks-tips ) everyone more or less advises with the following set up.
But this is not working with me and to make this simple, I have made a sample where I have 1 circle, 1 rectangle in a page.
I want to create 3 bookmarks such as 1. ShowAll, 2. ShowRect, 3. ShowNothing
I can't seem to get this bookmark working without selecting All visuals
@Fowmy how did you manage it in the tutorial? How did you deselect SalesTrend Bookmark before creating SalesVsProfit Bookmark (the 2nd bookmark) with that setup? If you can please advise would be a great help for me.
I have attached a sample file but they are all selected set up with All Visuals
Thank you in advance

Hello @smpa01
when you ctrl+click the circle and rect in the selection pane, then you have both selected and can update first the showAll and then the showNothing bookmarks. You just have to set the visibility status accordingly (as well in the selection pane via the eye icon)
is that what you mean?

Hi @smpa01
To avoid using All Visuals, you can group the required visuals+Shapes then apply a bookmark on it, this way you can choose Selected Visuals. Group and nesting groups are best practices when working with bookmarks.
