Request for YTD & QTD percentage change from filtered date measure

Hi all,

I am looking to create two dax measures: a YTD % change and QTD % change, based off a selected date from a slicer.

This should be dynamic, ie., if the selected date is in March, 2023 (Q1), both the YTD % and QTD % change should be from January 2023. If the user selects a date in May, 2022, the YTD should compare to Jan 2022 while the QTD % change should compare to April, 2022 (Q2).

I am not intelligent enough for PBI time intelligence. Thank you in advance!
