Hello

I am trying to publis a Power BI Report from Desktop app, when I try I get this error every time.

"Republish and package refresh are blocked by an admin setting. only the dataset owner can publish updates to this dataset"

I am owner of all the workspace which contains this report and I can update other reports there.

Any ideas ?

Hi @YuriGracida 

1.If you are not the  owner of the dataset, you can consider to take over the dataset so that you can publish it. 

2.Please check that if you have the access about gateway if the datasouece has the gateway. If you don't have the access about the gateway ,  you need to add yourself to the user, you can refer to the following link.
