Reports sharing
There are currently two things that I need to clarify at the moment.
- Can I access on mobile app of PowerBi that has free licence a report published by the person with PPU license?
- Can we use PowerBI Premium under MSO355 in order to manually publish reports to users with a standard licence (without usge of Power BI Gateway)
1) No, you need PPU to access report published to PPU workspace, or Pro to access report published by user with PPU to a Pro workspace. Even on mobile
2) You can use PPU to export PDF and send to users, but they cannot access the Power BI report, they can only get the PDF.
3) Gateway has nothing to do with sharing the report, is more for refreshing of the data, so different question.
