Currently, I am not able to understand the tables used for reporting purposes from the whole set of tables(20+) which I loaded to power bi report.
I need to know if there is an option to find those tables currently used in power bi desktop or service?
Or else as a roadmap, there can be a feature which helps the logged-in user or developer to understand the reporting tables current status -
1. Currently used Reporting tables
2. Currently used Reporting tables with not data source connectivity issues
3. Reporting tables with data source connectivity issues and so on.
I have raised it as a roadmap idea. Please vote if it is currently not available in existing power bi versions:
@milankRaj , refer if this can help

@amitchandak these will help us to find the usage analysis which I already used earlier but I am looking for a quick view of how can I find the reporting tables currently been used mainly in the power bi report so that I can remove or filter out the unused loaded tables. I think there is no such option within the power bi tool as of now. Let's hope in the coming versions.
You can use the Power BI Helper tool.

@nandukrishnavs Thanks for the quick response. So there is no inbuilt feature within the power bi tool currently but I can use this workaround.
