The Report ID is created after the pbix file is published to Power BI service. And you can find it on the URL when you view the published report on your browser.
You can also use the REST API to get a list of all report objects that includes a name and id as @parry2k mentioned above.

how do i get the id of the current report i am in to pass this information to power automate
