Report option for on-demand visual load?

Anyone know if there's a way to delay or prevent constant re-querying when creating new visuals using Live Connection? I'm not talking about delaying a filter, rather in the report creation phase having to wait each time for the report to basically refresh with the visual's data is quite cumbersome at times.

Thanks.

Hi @kahnailee,

I'm afraid that there is no good ways for us to delay or prevent constant re-querying when creating new visuals using Live Connection in Power BI currently.

You could submit your idea in Power BI ideas forum.
