Report open for the public?

We need to create a report that consist of static data in table that is not confidential in any ways and it is actually needed for people outside our domain to access it. 

 

The person (healthcare personal) who access the report should choose from certain filters in a drop down menu and that filters out an answer - a number as well as an answer.

 

The report will be shared through a homepage in our domain through a frame.

From the drop down the Healtcare personal choose values of WHO-5, ASS-2 as well as MDI-2 that converts to other values HADS-A and HADS-D that classifies type of risk for anxiety and depression after a heart failure, and in the final report it will also present a written text.
