Report on Teams not refreshing
Hello,
I have generated a report on Power BI desktop that takes information from a sharepoint list and presnts the data in a table, the report (.pbix file) is saved on sharepoiont. I have published the report to my workspace and have added this report to a teams channel to share with others. Up to this point everything has gone well.
However, when the report data is refreshed on Power BI desktop, the report on Teams does not update to the latest data. For example, the date in column 5 has changed in the sharepoin tlist from 24th to 23rd August:

If I hit the refresh button on Teams, nothing changes, but if I publish the report again from desktop, the teams report changes to the updated version - I have waited 20-30min to check if a lag is the cause of this behaviour, but the value does not update. I would like to refresh the data several times per day using power automate to update the information shown i the Teams channel, so manually opening power BI desktop and re-publishing is not practical.

Thanks for the suggestion. I found out that it was an issue with credentials - whe using desktop I was able to access the sharepoint data, but for teams or web based Power BI I needed to reset the credentials.

Data sources on SharePoint/OneDrive are "automatically refreshed, typically within the hour". Feel free to set up scheduled refreshes that override that.

what credentials? I am working with data in Azure Data Lake. Does this credentials issues affect others with whom you are sharing the report? or just you?
