Hi, create a date table.
the easiest way
Data Table=Calendar(min(opened date), date(year(today()),12,31))
Create relationship between open date and date
Create relationship between closed date and date (it is gonna be inactive, since you cannot have two active relationship between two same tables)
create 2 measure one for Opened Tickets=Count(ticketid) or countrows()
Resolved tickets= Calculate(count(ticketid), userelationship(datetable date, yourtable closed date))
create s line chart with x axis date from date table and y axis will have two measures
