Report not showing for Export To File for Paginated Reports in Power Automate

I want to set up a Export To File for Paginated Reports in Power Automate. I published the Power Bi Dashboard on My Workspace. I can also access it online. I have tried it a few times.

Within Power Automate the report unfortunately does not show up (see screenshot).

Are there any specific settings I need to take into consideration for saving the report, so that it will show up?

Thanks for the help!

Hi @florentine1234 ,

Please make sure you have meet the prerequisites to export to file for Paginated Reports in Power Automate.

To follow along, make sure you have:

  • At least one workspace in your Power BI tenant backed by a reserved capacity. This capacity can be any of the A4/P1 – A6/P3 SKUs. Read more about reserved capacities in Power BI Premium.
  • Access to the standard connectors in Power Automate, which come with any Office 365 subscription.

Note:

You can also follow along if you have a Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) license but you're limited to one export within a five-minute window...

For reference:

Export Power BI paginated reports with Power Automate

Thankyou for this detailed response. Does this mean that the report doesn't actually need to be published to the Premium Workspace?
