Report like SSRS
I want to create a report in BI similar to an SSRS report with the columns across the top and be able to group by a column or two. What is the best way to do that in BI would anyone know? Thanks...
You have to utilize Report Builder to create your pagination. Power BI Report Builder - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

As audreygerred said, you can't create paged reports in power bi desktop, you can create paged reports with Report Builder and use paged reports visualization in power bi desktop.
