Report level slicer
Is it possible to use a slicer that will apply to all pages of a report?
This feature is added to the Power BI desktop February 2018 Update.

You can download Power BI Desktop from here.
This is not possible to do due to couple of reasons. One of the major is Slicer is page scoped. I had the same requirment and as a workaround I used Dynamic Filtering in Power BI. Refer the below Video
